You may request a full refund of your registration/enrollment fee within 14 days of purchase. Starting a class does not shorten or remove this refund window.

Tuition

You may request a full tuition refund within 14 days of purchase, including when a class has already begun. For installment payments, this window applies from the date of each payment.

Workbooks & Course Materials

Workbooks, textbooks, and course materials, including digital purchases, are eligible for a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. Class start dates do not restrict this guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request in writing to oasistheologicalinstitute@gmail.com or by mail to Oasis Theological Institute Inc, 390 Glenborough Dr., Suite 250, Houston, TX 77037. Include your full name and order reference or course/product details so the purchase can be located. You do not need to provide a reason to exercise the 14-day guarantee. Card refunds are returned to the original card through our secure card processor; processing times depend on the payment provider and original payment method.

Your Rights & Questions

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights. Requests outside the guaranteed window may still be considered under applicable law. If you have questions, contact the Institute and we will be glad to help.
