Registration Fee

The registration/enrollment fee is refundable if the student submits written notification to Oasis Theological Institute at least seven (7) days before the class begins. Once the class begins, the registration/enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Tuition

Tuition is refundable if written notification is received at least seven (7) days before the class begins. Once the class begins, tuition is non-refundable.

Workbooks & Course Materials

Once the class begins, workbooks and course materials that fall under the Institute's non-refundable materials policy are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to oasistheologicalinstitute@gmail.com or by mail to 390 Glenborough Dr., Suite 250, Houston, TX 77037. Include your full name, the course(s) in question, and your reason for the refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
